David, Lyn, Kaj holding/crossing bamboo sticks

Disappear with us to this tiny fishing village, a tropical paradise, 45 minutes by boat south of Puerto Vallarta. For a whole week of peace and harmony.

Each day go deeper, allow your mind/body time to release layers of self and transform.

Our palm-thatched palapa is just a short walk to the edge of the sea.

Over the week you will learn Chi Gung and a short Tai Chi form by Lyn Solander. All levels are welcome. Meditation is available to all. Kaj Wyn Berry and David Steel will teach how to orbit your chi.

Kaj and David also teach a unique Chi Gung style called Duong Sinh, an ancient Vietnamese Zen practice with a long, light bamboo stick. Easily learned, this valuable knowledge can be be practiced thereafter at home in just 20 minutes a day.

Then of course there is the Hotel Lagunita and plenty of free time to soak up Yelapa.

Waves rolling toward us.

Exhale fully, we begin.
