Tai Chi is a moving meditation. It brings strength, flexibility and focus - while improving your memory.

Challenge yourself with these semi-weekly classes! They are a fusion between tai chi, qi gung, and many other practices. Designed for strength, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular, memory and relaxation.

Lyn Solander has practiced Tai Chi since 1980.
